Ulises was the GC for our new law office, Lorenzo & Lorenzo, in Tampa, FL. He and his team did an excellent job creating an incredible office building for us with impeccable interior and exterior trim. He was timely, extremely responsive to our needs and the project came in on budget. I would highly recommend him for a commercial project. Based upon our experience with him on our commercial project, we retained his services to rebuild our home after it was lost in the last hurricane. That project is ongoing, but again, Ulises has been on target, timely, responsive and within budget. He has great ideas on how to get what we would like done accomplished which was to recreate a Spanish style home to replace the 100 year old prior structure damaged in the storm. In usual fashion, the workmanship on the interior is of the highest caliber and the curb appeal is a real head turner. He has managed to create a new building that looks like it has been on the island for decades, yet has all the bells and whistles of a new build with smart home technologies and state of the art electronics.
