He has great ideas on how to get what we would like done accomplished which was to recreate a Spanish style home to replace the 100 year old prior structure damaged in the storm. In usual fashion, the workmanship on the interior is of the highest caliber and the curb appeal is a real head turner. He has managed to create a new building that looks like it has been on the island for decades, yet has all the bells and whistles of a new build with smart home technologies and state of the art electronics.
