UV Builds Corp was founded by Ulises Varela, who brings over 15 years of construction experience to every project. After more than a decade in the field, Ulises set out to build a different kind of contracting firm — one where technology is woven into every stage of the build to create a seamless, transparent client experience from first consultation to final walkthrough.

That conviction still defines us: construction should feel organized, transparent, and human. We bring a level of communication and rigor more often found in design studios than in general contracting — paired with the technical command required to deliver complex commercial and luxury residential work.
